My kiddos – at least the male ones – were asked to perform at the Jackson County Red, White, and Boom! 4th of July fireworks pre-show for the second year in a row. They sang a song (which they refuse to allow me to upload…I think they did an amazing job, though) and performed a dance that Isaac choreographed.
I love seeing Isaac and Elijah perform together. The rehearsal process typically includes a lot of arguing and pouting and frustration on the part of both boys, but the performance is where it all comes together. I have no idea where these guys will go in the future or whether dance and performance in general will be part of it, but I’m so glad that I get to see them shine now.
